With over 25 years of experience, he has worked for international market leaders and has developed high performing teams across functions including: supply chain management, food safety & quality assurance, retail & category management, M&A, strategy & client retention; enterprise systems, consumer experience, health safety & environment, asset management, and energy management.

As a senior executive for one of the largest companies in food services, general purchasing organization, and facilities management, he brings both broad and in-depth understanding of food systems across the world, their intersections with both public and private sector verticals, and both the challenges and opportunities in transitioning for healthier, more equitable and sustainable policy and market outcomes.

He speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and English, enjoys spending time with his beautiful family, traveling, and is an elite golfer, having competed in NCAA Division 1.
