
Carolina is the founder of Terra Solutions LLC and Sustainability Lead at The Round Group. She has extensive experience in sustainable development and collaboration with international agencies. Her work has helped to tackle sustainable development challenges across Latin America and the Caribbean, enabling clean energy transitions in over 30 countries.
Before founding Terra Solutions LLC, Carolina led the Latino engagement program, EcoMadres, at Moms Clean Air Force (affiliated with the Environmental Defense Fund) from 2022 to 2023. In this role, she gained valuable insights into the legislative process, public policy development, and environmental justice, working closely with congressional offices.
In 2023, Carolina was nominated as one of the “100 Latinos Most Committed to Climate Action” supported by various organizations. This recognition honors individuals for their commitment to areas such as climate activism, communications, environmental rights, sustainable policies, science, and corporate impact.
Carolina integrates sustainability, workforce development, and health equity perspectives in her work and promotes the benefits, for individuals, organizations, and society, of everyday sustainable choices and practical actions.
Carolina holds a Master’s of Science in Environmental and Energy Management from the George Washington University and a Project Management Professional Certificate from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
