Yann brings 20+ years of experience design leadership to The Round Group. He has built high performing teams, product and brands in agencies, start-ups, and enterprises, for multiple industries including retail, information services, health, and gaming.

He focuses on systems, principles, and processes to scale and mature design.

He has built and led teams delivering exceptional customer experiences including the successful launches of Revolution Health (15 million monthly uniques); Playnomics (100+ game developers, 200 million players); and the redesign of AOL flagship applications (25 million subscribers) and Kaiser Permanente (12 million members).
